11: Planes, Trains, And Automobiles

Jim says:

Okay, new theme. Having recently watched one of my favorite movies, I think I'll borrow its title. The theme is: Planes, Trains, And Automobiles. Should be broad enough that y'all can experiment. Perfecta points if you can find a song referencing two of the three - trifecta for a song with all three.

The list of people who have (via email) already notified everyone that they are participating this time around is located under the CURRENT THEME subheading in the sidebar to your right. There are still a bunch of people that have yet to speak up (although as of today y'all still have about 10 days to make up your minds).

As for me, I am in and really looking forward to it. My disc so far is very spiritual and contemplative. We'll see if I can make a whole disc that way.

Okay, so my CD is mostly done now. I left off a bunch of music I thought I was going to use originally, and now it is entirely spiritual. So odds are, if you have a gospel song in your mix, we're doubling up on the song.

I also have a trifecta song or two. I wonder if they are the same. :)

Can we also give props for the most obscure song? That's kinda my bag.

My CDs and Stef's CDs went out this morning. Yay!

We've been listening to everyone's Weather and Urban CDs a lot lately, and I'm sure I'll egt some cogent thoughts up on the site eventually about them.
